I’m a qualified Solicitor with an LLB and training contract completed, specialising in Property Law. My legal career gave me extensive experience in advising clients, negotiating deals and managing relationships — all skills that translate directly into recruitment.
After years of working with people in high-pressure, detail-driven situations, I wanted to take that expertise into something more personal and people-focused.
That’s why we started our own recruitment business: to combine my background in law and client care with Drew’s extensive sales and business development experience.
Together, we’re building a recruitment company that’s professional, approachable and genuinely invested in helping businesses find the right people and candidates find the right opportunities.

I’ve built my career in sales, account management, and business development for over 27 years, with a big part of that journey spent in recruitment. From helping clients find the right people to building long-term partnerships, recruitment has given me a real passion for connecting businesses with talent and seeing the results it brings.
Alongside recruitment, I’ve also gained experience in sectors like software, logistics, power generation, engineering and manufacturing. That variety has given me a broad perspective and the ability to adapt quickly, while always keeping the focus on delivering great service and building strong relationships.
I’m naturally competitive and driven, which means I don’t just meet targets—I aim to beat them. Whether it’s winning new business, supporting clients with ongoing needs, or helping candidates take the next step in their careers, I love creating success stories for everyone involved and I’m extremely proud to have created this new company to continue that journey..
